The Guinness Talent Search Finale has been scheduled for this Saturday April 10, 2010 at Charlie's Club on East Bay Street, and will be featuring Jamaican Reggae artist Gyptian live in concert.
In March, Guinness hosted an island wide search for genuine talent to represent the brand and its local supplier, Burns House Ltd. Artists around the capital competed in a series of four talent shows that landed North, South, West and East of New Providence.
With the many different artists who advanced to the finals, Team TAAG is proud to announce its flagship artist, Munks (King of JunkaPOP) has been chosen to compete amongst the others.
According to the Guinness brand executive team and the PlayHouse Entertainment team, $2,500 is the grand prize for the winner on Saturday night's finale.
The first round of the search was hosted at Four Quarters, night club located on East Street. The second round went down at Illusions night club on Nassau Street. Round three got wild up at the Gladstone Road Liquor store on Gladstone and Carmichael roads, and round four was held at Oscar's Ballers Club' on Prince Charles Drive.
